BRIEF BIOGRAPHY

Rolland Golden, a native New Orleanian residing in Folsom, LA., has been a professional artist since 1957. He is listed in many art directories, including WHO'S WHO IN AMERICAN ART. Golden has had over 100 one-man shows in galleries, cultural centers and museums in the U.S.A., as well as one-man touring shows in the former U.S.S.R. in 1976-77 and in France 1993-95 (Invitationals). His works are in countless private and corporate collections in the U.S. and abroad, and are also in many museums, including the Pushkin Museum in Moscow, and the New Orleans Museum of Art. Golden is a member of important national organizations, including the National Arts Club, New York (First Place winner 3 times). He has also juried many prestigious exhibitions. Golden's work is published in numerous art books and magazines, including WATERCOLOR FALL'95 with his painting on the cover.
